Burglar/Fire Alarms
No matter the design or size of your residence, VSA has a burglar/fire alarm system that is right for you. VSA also supports environmental sensors for gas, humidity, temperature, and water. VSA engineered residential burglar/ fire alarm systems are fully customizable so that they fit your unique safety and security needs.

Monitoring
Valley Security & Alarm’s central station-monitoring center is equipped to handle burglar and fire alarm monitoring as well as monitoring for environmental/critical condition alarms, such as temperature, humidity and water. In the event of alarm activation, the burglar or fire alarm sends a signal, through the telephone lines or our radio network, to our central station-monitoring center. An operator quickly notifies both local authorities and your emergency contact.

We are also able to provide supervised scheduled openings and closing, log and reports, and remote download service (code changes) for you burglar alarm.

Some residential fiber optic and voice over IP (VOIP) phone systems do not work reliably with burglar alarm systems. In this case, other options are available, but may result in unanticipated higher costs for monitoring. Two of the alternate options are cellular phone monitoring or the AES radio network mentioned below.

AES Radio Network
In addition to alarm monitoring through the telephone lines, VSA utilizes the AES-IntelliNet radio network. The AES-IntelliNet provides an additional level of security for customers whose homes or businesses are unable to have telephone lines or are at risk of telephone line failure.
